There is no way to inject the cheat when mid game (unless you exit the whole game en rejoin the match later) and for your other question if you make a shortcut of the cheat and go to properties you can add -nousb in the launch options this way you don't need a usb

oh i didn't know this but this also means that you have more chance to get vacbanned? i normally just leave and reconnect midgame
