To use the loader, add our files and their folder to your antivirus exclusions, or temporarily disable the antivirus, then run the loader as administrator. We do not offer refunds once the software has been downloaded or used. No. Every lifetime licence for the Premium CS:GO Cheat now carries a lifetime licence for the Premium CS2 Cheat with it, free of charge. It is already on your account. You do not have to claim it, apply for it or contact anyone. Open your licences at https://project-infinity.cloud/store/licenses and you will see it there, with no expiry date. Two things worth knowing. Your CS:GO licence is untouched, the CS2 one is added on top of it. And this applies to lifetime licences only: a CS:GO licence that ran for a set number of months does not carry over. Yes. Loyalty points are credited automatically the moment your payment completes, for new purchases and for renewals alike: 75 points for 1 month, 150 points for 3 months and 600 points for a lifetime licence. Loyalty points are not shown on your public profile. You find your balance on the rewards page at https://project-infinity.cloud/rewards/ and in your account menu, and every single entry, including each purchase, in your points history at https://project-infinity.cloud/rewards/history/ 100 points can be redeemed for 1 EUR of store credit on the rewards page, once your account is at least 7 days old. If a completed order still shows no points after a few minutes, open a ticket at https://project-infinity.cloud/support-tickets/ and include your order number.

Your credit is not lost. When you start a checkout, your store credit is reserved for that order straight away. If the payment is then not finished, the credit stays reserved inside that unpaid order and no longer shows on your account. Unpaid orders that hold store credit are cleared automatically after about 6 hours, and the credit goes back to your account on its own. If you do not want to wait, simply complete or cancel the open order. If the credit is still missing after a day, open a ticket at https://project-infinity.cloud/support-tickets/ and we will check it.

You can reset your HWID here: https://project-infinity.cloud/hwid/ As Lifetime user you need to wait for a support member to reset your HWID. This is usally done within 24 hours.

Please make sure that no third-party anti-cheat like FaceIt is running.

That message comes from Steam itself losing its connection, not from the cheat. Fully close Counter-Strike 2 and Steam, then restart Steam and log back in before launching the game again, as Steam sometimes bugs out and this clears it. Make sure the loader is started as administrator when you set everything back up.

Yes, VPNs are allowed, both for our website and for using the loader. If your home connection shows an error when opening the site, it is usually your internet provider's own firewall or protection filter blocking us, so disabling that ISP filter should let you connect normally again. Until then you can keep browsing and buying through the VPN without any problem. You can request it yourself at https://project-infinity.cloud/account-deletion How it works: you send the request, we email you straight away so you can stop it with one click if it was not you, and we review it. Once approved you get a second email and still have 24 hours to change your mind. After that the account is deleted. Please be aware that this is permanent. We keep no backups of deleted accounts, so nobody can restore it afterwards, not you and not us. Your licences (including lifetime ones), loyalty points, store credit, purchase history, tickets and conversations are all gone for good.
