If you used the free version for 50 prime matches without a ban, you shouldn't really worry about getting banned.

Its hard to say some users experience vac bans but the majority seems to have no problems. I can tell u that i got vac banned 8 days ago on a nonprime account i used pi on! so what i advise u to do is try the cheat for a few games in nonprime. Also as the guy above me said if u used it for 50 gamse u should be fine but the chance of getting a ban is still there!

I also got several bans, but it may be because I played with another client before and it was Detected. So I can't tell you if the client is undetected or not.
