Acco got penalty for others cheating

My acco got some warning that my playing partners have been vacced and i got also some penalty because I was playing with them, what is that? I was in couple 16-0 matches, where some if guys were rage hackin. Why valve punish me with the warning?

Guess you either didn't report them, or were in a party/squad with them. They think you're getting boosted. That's all.

It's not a punishment. They simply remove the win to not give you ranks for free, if a cheater boosted you throughout the game then why should you receive the win?
