I play fow 2.15 instant , hitbox is head. I have good croshair placement. I dont use wh or radars. Am i safe with overwatch or should i use lower fow?

You should use lower FOV, preferably psilent and something below 0.70. 2.15 instant is fine as long as you use 5-9 smoothing.
