Cant find com game (PRIME) and premium cheat.

I queue for comp wait 20mins still no game, usually is 6 mins for me. I play casual i find a game instantly and have steady ping of 24, but cant find game on comp, Prime activated 5 more comps till im ranked, viewed integrity of game files, restarted pc, hard restarted pc, quit steam, reinstal, update steam, reinstall. Still no results, i might have bad trust factor as i am toxic some times, also been accused of hacking and what not.
