Cant login Please Fix

when i key in my username and password adn press enter (im pretty sure that the infos are correct) then the loader shows 'did not properly respend after a period of time, or estabilished conne' and it seems like the loader window isnt big enough, please fix this

Im not a admin or stuff of PI,but i can just say that with the release of the new loader the server is down.

Please download the following:

Install x86: vc_redist.x86.exe and x64: vc_redist.x64.exe
And reinstall the loader.
Let me know if it didn't work.
