Cant Sign into Steam

I was playing with the premium cheats and everything was fine. I logged out and a little later went to log in and keep getting the message that Steam is having trouble accessing the steam server at this time. Is it a problem on my end or was I banned or just the US server in my area is down. Sorry if I seem paranoid lol

Good friend I believe the problem is as you say, on your side, the cheat has not been detected since its launch, so tell me what I do is check your internet connection.
I believe that you were banned because it would not be very evident when you log into your account.
