Cheat menu doesn't open!

I did everything correctly, put the cheat on USB, unplugged the USB after it says to do it, no error messages appear but the menu doesn't open in cs go. Help!

no need to panic same for me, trying to login and nothing happens after login, as i know they are fixing it.
