Fps and Ping

Hello Guys, Anyone know hot to fix it I get like 90 fps with cheats and 90 ping when without them I get like 120fps and 20 ping any wonders how to get more fps and better ping? With cheats and without them... Pc specs: GTX 1060 6 Gb , i5-7400 , 16 gb ram

I realized without hacks I get 250 fps and with then i get 90 fps in casual

Can somemone help me. My ping is very high with a special config. Can Iturn the high ping off?
