hardware changed problem when logging in?

having problem when i log in after opening it and its telling me that my hardware changed and i need to open a support ticket but i dont what he said i should do but it still says the same

you really need to open a ticket in the support so that they reset your HWID my friend, this type of issue is only resolved there.

As a free cheat user, you can reset your hardware on your own. You can do this by going to your profile, switch to the Hardware tab, and click on "Reset Hardware ID."
