How can I not make this aim bot so damn obvious?

If I turn the auto fire off I get wrecked even tho I shoot them first and keep the rest enabled. If I turn it on I'm one shotting dumb shit across the map and I'm clearly cheating. What is a good way to counter act this?

A good way would be to get actually good at the game so u wont need aimbot anymore!
