i can't close the cheat menu :/

here's the thing it's my first time hacking, and i'm using a laptop, the problem started on the cheat menu, for some reason when the cheat menu pops up in the game, i can't close the cheat menu, even when i clicked INS for so many times, and when i ALT+TAB cs:go just disappears?? please i need help.
