I can't see my premium cheat

I bought a "premium cheat" for $ 30 (3 months) with paypal but when I downloaded the loader then logged in but I didn't see my premium cheat
When I went to check my account, I saw it still said "free cheat user"
And I tried using the coupon on Aeru's stream and it worked, but I still couldn't see the premium cheat
Can you help me ???
