I need help,

Whenever I open CS;GO or have it running already, it comes up with a warning and I cannot play without the application closed.

Just had the same problem and apparently many people had it also. I did a repair and it solved for me.

So go to Steam -> Library -> CSGO Properties -> Local Files -> 'Verify integrity of games files'
