I would say go to the project infinity file then redownload the loader.

Hello, if you go into the settings in PI and change the open/close menu key, that might fix it.

Maybe, you accidentally locked your Numpad? "NumLk", if it's not locked and you still can't close the menu I suggest you restart your game.
