Invalid String Position Error !!!! HELP PLEASE !

HI .. When i Try To Open The PI Loader From The USB I get ERROR SAID " INVALIDE STRING POSITION " Can Any One Give Me A Solution Of That Please !!

ps : Today In Morning It Was Injecting GOOD HE was WORKING
ps 02 : I have Downloaded The Last Version Again and Steel Same Problem
