Don't know what to do, this pops up every time and I am unable to use the cheats.

Hello, you need to reset your hwid. Open a support ticket and under department select Hardware ID (HWID)
And tell them you need to reset it.

When I go to under Department and click the HWID, it doesn't give me the option to send a Support Ticket.

Am I looking at the right thing? In one of the pictures i'm on the HWID and it doesn't show a option to send one, but in the other picture when i'm on the free cheats, it gives me the option to send a support ticket.
