I've done it many times and I was fine, just keep in mind to never cheat on your main account.

Okay thank you, but what do you mean with never cheat on your main?
I can hide my cheats really good and if i use it with a usb, is there still a high risk of getting banned or does it get detected sometimes??

So to put it as basic as possible: Every cheat will get detected at some point, most cheats already have. I'm also very good at hiding but there is Overwatch Bans and VAC Bans, you will get a VAC Ban if the system detects a cheat (which you most likely already know).
