Old VAC banned accounts?

Hi,
I recently noticed that I have a low trust factor on my account, I suspect it has something to do with my two old vac banned accounts. So I was wondering if there is any way to reset steam's machine identification to "disassociate" my PC with those two vac banned accounts? (Preferably not resetting my whole PC or HWID because it takes a long time to set things up again )

As far as I know each individual Steam Account (CS:GO Account in this case) has It's very own Trust Factor, reason why many people buy Accounts with an good Trust Factor in the first place.

Reason as to why your Trust Factor is low could be either 1. You were toxic in-game, 2. Kicked Teammates out of match making lobbies Or lastly you have been pretty obvious played in your games where both teammates and enemies were able to see you had cheats on.
