If so when did you open it?
Bc it can take some time for them to respond.

I did one 8 houres before then i closed it then i open one 2 hours ago waiting 10 hours now

As i did it, it took about 3 hours.
Maybe close all open tickets, open a new one and be patient, they will respond.
Even if it takes some more time : )

Friend you need to be patient with the tickets because only there will solve your problem.
