Prime Low trust

One of my friends mentioned before we started matchmaking that my trust factor was low.. could using this cheat be a reason why it’s like that? If so, can someone explain? Nobody has really said they reported me or anything in game so I was just wondering how that even works. Thank you!

Some people just report and wont say so you did get reported alot
