Problem opening the launcher

This is the error when i tried to open the launcher, i already turn off the virus protection and i also put the launcher in a usb, i use to have no problem before, but now it's popping out like this , i cant even use this at all.

I suggest that you disable Firewall before opening the support ticket.

This problem occurs when it doesn't connect with the host server. Try checking your internet connections and firewall as stated before.

Yes i suppose i need to open a support ticket, i've tried turning my Firewall off, it's still the same

One thing to consider, some routers have inbuilt Firewall that blocks specific ports by default. Also, make sure to add the file to Windows Defender (Virus Protection on W10) exclusion list.
