STILL GETTING HARDWARE CHANGE. EVEN THOUGH I DIDN'T CHANGE HARDWARE. IT'S BEEN 12 HOURS AND 2 TICKETS

Hi, I've been waiting 12 hours to get this situation recitfyed. I haven't changed any hardware at all, but I'm getting the changed hardware error. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. And like I said, I've put in 2 tickets regarding this issue. Thank you for your time.
