Support ticket

Look I hate to be that guy posting things in the wrong subforums, but I made a support ticket and i've got no answer, if anyone could help me I'd appreciate it

So, I wiped my PC the other day and I redownloaded the premium cheat today, put -nousb in the properties, disabled antivirus and firewall and ran the cheat as administrator. But nothing will load up, i cant get to the screen to sign in to inject the cheat, can anyone help?
