So i installed the cheat run app... i know most cheats are false-positives but i've been hacked once so i'm skeptical

Like why does it need to be ran as administrator or has 20/71 things detect it as a virus on virustotal

Should i trust it ?? like i want to cheat on my alt's but im kinda scared

Yes, Its a very good cheat. I personally dont know why it is detected as a virus but its not a virus and is a very good cheat. Just make make the cheats obvious

Cheat engine changes data stored in system memory by the game to affect the game in some ways. A virus works in the same way by changing the data of another program. Cheat engine is not a virus but anti-virus software can't tell the difference and will think it's a virus.
