Way to guarantee program is not running when I switch to my main acc?

I've never used hacks before ( bc I'm a good anon ),
but recently I've been playing with friends while using my alt account we've encountered cheaters left and right.
I'm debating on using these cheats so my friends and I can at least have a fighting chance.
The only thing concerning me is once I close my alt account and log back into my main I won't be sure if I disabled the cheating program/software and I might get banned on my main.
How does that all work?

Since you are closing the CSGO Process, the Cheat will be unloaded.

You need to restart the Injector&CSGO to cheat.

The cheat automatically closes. You can always check task manager for peace of mind though.
