when i am not using the cheat in main acct do i have to delete the folder in appdata????or it dosent matter to delete it bcs i have not injected?can i get ban in a acct if i never cheated or injected if there in appdata folder?

No it doesn't matter because vac + other Anticheats only affect the accounts you've cheated on. Not your main. (Unless you cheated on your main)
