Why does it say invintory changer

So why does it say invintory changer if some people are claiming that it is now just acting as a skin changer? And if it is a skin changer, why did they make a switch?

Premium cheat have the inventory changer, so every time that you put a skin from the cheat, it will appear on your inventory!

The free cheat have only a skin changer: it will give you only a bayonet and a dlore awp
