Your probably not putting it in the right area if I remember correctly you just place it in the main section of the project infinity folder which you can find in your program files. Then refresh the menu.

What's the extension of the config? Makes sure it's not a rar file, there should be a folder containing default.infinity and another folder called "weapons"
