How Steam let you know, when youre vac banned? Email or push up notification when logging in or..?

It is written on the steam account and I think it also shows you notification when you log in.

It says you have a Global Cooldown in the cs:go menu. (on top)

If you go to your profile you'll be able to see "1 vac ban on record" on the right-hand side.
You can also start-up CS:GO and it'll show you on the main page.
Finally, when you log on there's usually a notification about your account receiving a ban.
