i have waited for more than 30 minnutes to get the hardware reset and until now nobody fucking bother it! useless ever customer service!! what is red priority mean to you ? this is not first time! always! i wont be continue my next payment for sure!

Honestly, you're so impatient, woah 30 minutes?! A full 30 minutes! That's insane, you might as well report them to your local police. Buddy, staff members also have lives, they have stuff to do. They won't moderate 24/7.

That's so true, before I came to PI I used to use aimware, it took them 3 months to even read my support ticket.
