My hardware has changed?

every time i try to launch project infinity, it errors and says my hardware has changed, please fill out a support ticket.
I've tried every thing so far. re downloaded project infinity, checked i wasn't in beta, my anti virus is off. all of it. idk what the issue is.

In fact, your account when injected into the computer, it can only log on to a single computer, so you can change to a new computer can not be used.

go to your Profile and then "Your Profile" then click on "Hardware" you can change your Hardware (HWID) there and it should work
