Hi, loader isn't working. It is giving me the hardware change again. And yes, I did open a ticket. Thank you to anyone who can provide some assistance with this.

I dont know how to reset HWID - that was told to me in my support ticket- only after hours I was replied back in my ticket

However, I got a better alternate - used the restore point tool and went back a week before. The application works normally now
