So im thinking about to pay for premium, but now there are many who say the cheat is detected and the Trustfactor is low etc. . Is it?

PI is perfect if you want to cheat on your alt accounts.
The first rule is by the way never cheat on your main account.
If you then get banned on alt accounts, it's not so bad anyway.
