does anyone currently have a fix for this I don't know what the problem could be I've followed the prerequisites and i even double checked it, Yet it still doesn't work can someone please help. I also have a ticket open but no one has responded yet. I was hoping someone in the community will help

This issue is caused by a broken config. Please try to delete the config from %appdata% -> Project Infinity

The thing is that I don't have a project infinity folder there is nothing there and after creating a shortcut and adding -nousb it says the invalid thing and i go to appdata and roaming and it's not there
