HWID reset I just wanna game

Hi its been 2 days and 2 support tickets. I just baught premuim and i still am unable to log in because it says my hwid has changed. I just want to game man is that so much to ask for when I buy somthing? To just use what I purchased.. Im out of 2 days out of my 30 day subscription. lame

Hi @breadtoaster, you must wait for the staff to approve your ticket. This can take 24 hours and on rare occasions more
Please understand the staff team also has other things to do than sit and answer hwid tickets all-day

+1 really bad support. 2 days and a simple hwid reset they cant hire more staff members
