your probably using someone else's account which for security reasons it makes a hardware ID to recognize the pc that had used it in the first place, this way people don't share accounts because it will lose profit for the company, and just make a support ticket its not that fucking hard and it even says it on the top menu, are you seriously mental?

^^ Please create a ticket and explain why your hwid has changed, e.g Mention if you've altered any hardware or if you've uninstalled windows and reinstalled it.

Hi! It's usually better practice if you create a new thread instead of replying to an old one.

There is a fast solution since you are a free cheat user. Go to your profile, click on 'Hardware' tab and you will see a button to reset HWID.
