As it has been made mandatory to use removeable drive for cheat. I have a flash drive but it is seen as local disk(fixed drive) instead of removeable disk.

Im not quite sure why this problem occurs for you but you are not forced to use a removable device.

You can follow my instructions in this video and it should work just fine, even on a normal HDD:
