Expensive n Good skin config

Its a skin config that selected from most expensive n good looking skins.

HOW TO USE
Copy file
Windows (button) + R
Search %appdata%
Find ProjectInfinity folder
Config > Skins
Than paste there​

Config > Skins
Than paste there​

I put the file in the %appdata%/ roaming/..../skins folder but after logging in and checking the skins cfg its not listed. Am i missing something?
