Short answer, no. It is not worth trying.
Long answer, you can. If only your FACEIT client doesn't require you to have FACEIT Anticheat downloaded and running, which is highly unlikely as all accounts need FACEIT AC enabled to queue unless you have a clean and reputable account which I don't see why you will cheat to get it banned later?
And btw, the cheat wouldn't inject when FACEIT AC is on.
