Is the cheat undetected?

Yes, our Premium CS2 Cheat has been undetected since release. No anti-cheat bypass is ever completely risk free, so we take the build offline whenever a Counter-Strike 2 update requires retesting.

Which features are included?

Can I configure settings per weapon?

Yes. Aimbot, triggerbot and recoil control are configured per weapon, so your AWP settings are separate from your AK. One click resets a weapon back to your global setting.

What is backtrack?

Backtrack lets you shoot players where they were a moment ago, within a time window you set. It works with the aimbot and the triggerbot including autowall, and the backtrack ESP shows the positions you can actually hit.

Can I record and share grenade lineups?

Yes. The grenade helper records any lineup including run-throws, keeps a per map library with search, replays the throw for you, and lets you share a lineup with a code. Line-ups also sync to your account, so they are there on your next PC.

Which anti-cheats is it made for?

Valve matchmaking, so the Valve Anti-Cheat. We deliberately do not promise FACEIT, ESEA or 5E Arena support, because we do not test against them.

How do I get the loader?

Instantly. Your key and the loader are in your account and on the download page the moment your payment is confirmed. Run it as administrator, then start CS2.

Which key opens the menu?

Insert opens the in-game menu, where you configure every feature, manage named configs and use the panic button.

Which systems are supported?

Windows 10 and Windows 11 (64-bit), Counter-Strike 2 on Steam, administrator rights and an internet connection.

I switched computer, what now?

Your licence is tied to one machine. Non lifetime holders can reset it themselves once every 30 days on the HWID page in the account area, lifetime holders open a support ticket.

What is the difference between Free and Premium?

Free gives you ESP and wallhack, triggerbot and autopistol. Premium adds the aimbot with autowall, backtrack, recoil control, per weapon configs, audio ESP, chams, the radar, grenade prediction and lineups, the inventory changer with StatTrak, world and lighting controls, priority updates and priority support.

Do my configs follow me to another PC?

Yes. Configs, inventory profiles and grenade line-ups sync to your account, and the cheat pulls them on the next start. Your existing local files are uploaded the first time, each entry shows whether it is in sync, and there is a sync button under Configs if you do not want to wait.

Can I share an inventory or a loadout?

Yes. Every config, inventory profile, loadout and line-up file can be shared with a code. The person you send it to opens the link, sees what is inside and imports it into their own cloud with one click. Revoking the link takes it back.

A Premium licence does not cover this code. The code belongs to the free loader, so even paying customers need the free licence for it.

Where can I follow the updates and patch notes?

You need an active Free CS2 Cheat licence to see it. If the page tells you that you have no licence, pick one up first at https://project-infinity.cloud/store/free-cs2-cheat.11/ It is free and takes a few seconds, then the code page works right away.

Does the cheat contain a virus? My antivirus flags it

No, our CS2 cheat files do not contain any virus. Antivirus programs flag cheat software by design, so any detection you see is a false positive. To use the loader, add our files and their folder to your antivirus exclusions, or temporarily disable the antivirus, then run the loader as administrator. Always download only from our official page: https://project-infinity.cloud/downloads/. If it still will not start after that, open a ticket at https://project-infinity.cloud/support-tickets/ and tell us the exact error you see.

How do I open the menu?

The in-game menu opens with the Insert key, press it once you are actually in the game (in a match or on the main menu after the injection finished). You can also change the key in your cheat settings.

Where do I find configs, and where are my own?

Every config that a member made public is in the <a href="https://project-infinity.cloud/config-browser/">Config browser</a>. You can search by name or by member, filter by cheat configs, inventory profiles or grenade line-ups, and sort by most downloaded, newest, most viewed or best rated. Open one to see who made it, how often it was taken and how it is rated, then press "Import to my cloud" and it lands in your own account. Start the loader, or use the sync button under Configs in the cheat, and it is in your list in game.

Your own configs are under <a href="https://project-infinity.cloud/cloud-config/">My cloud configs</a>. Everything you save in the cheat syncs there, sorted into cheat configs, inventory profiles and grenade line-ups. From that page you can rename an entry, make it public or private again, copy its share link, download a backup or delete it.

Both pages are also linked in your account menu at the top right and in the Config section of the forum, where members post their configs with a description and screenshots.

Which config should I use for legit or semi rage?

We do not hand out one official config, because what feels right depends on your style, your sensitivity and how careful you want to look. The Config browser is the place to start: sort by most downloaded or best rated, and you will see what the community actually plays. Import one, then tune it to your taste.

The settings themselves work on three levels, from global to weapon groups to single weapons. The guide "Weapon configs explained" in the Config section walks through how they inherit from each other, which is what you need when you want a legit baseline with one or two weapons set up differently.

Can I get a refund?

We do not offer refunds once the software has been downloaded or used. If something is not working for you, please tell us what the problem is: most issues (launch errors, HWID locks, detection status questions) can be solved quickly. Can I pay with PayPal or PaySafeCard?

We do not accept PayPal or PaySafeCard at the moment, so neither will appear as an option in our checkout. I bought the CS:GO cheat for life. Do I have to pay again for CS2?

No. Every lifetime licence for the Premium CS:GO Cheat now carries a lifetime licence for the Premium CS2 Cheat with it, free of charge.

It is already on your account. You do not have to claim it, apply for it or contact anyone. Open your licences at https://project-infinity.cloud/store/licenses and you will see it there, with no expiry date.

Two things worth knowing. Your CS:GO licence is untouched, the CS2 one is added on top of it. And this applies to lifetime licences only: a CS:GO licence that ran for a set number of months does not carry over.

If you hold a lifetime CS:GO licence and do not see a CS2 licence on your account, open a ticket at https://project-infinity.cloud/support-tickets/ and we will sort it out.

Do I get loyalty points for buying, and where can I see them?

Yes. Loyalty points are credited automatically the moment your payment completes, for new purchases and for renewals alike: 75 points for 1 month, 150 points for 3 months and 600 points for a lifetime licence.

Loyalty points are not shown on your public profile. You find your balance on the rewards page at https://project-infinity.cloud/rewards/ and in your account menu, and every single entry, including each purchase, in your points history at https://project-infinity.cloud/rewards/history/

100 points can be redeemed for 1 EUR of store credit on the rewards page, once your account is at least 7 days old. If a completed order still shows no points after a few minutes, open a ticket at https://project-infinity.cloud/support-tickets/ and include your order number.

I redeemed points or had store credit, and now my credit is gone. What happened?

Your credit is not lost. When you start a checkout, your store credit is reserved for that order straight away, so it no longer shows on your account balance. If you then do not finish the payment, it stays reserved inside that unpaid order.

The fastest way to get it back is to complete or cancel the open order yourself. Otherwise unpaid orders holding store credit are cleared automatically, and the credit returns on its own within about three hours.

I got an HWID error

As Lifetime user you need to wait for a support member to reset your HWID. This is usally done within 24 hours.

Error code 'Failed to parse remote modules"

Please make sure that no third-party anti-cheat like FaceIt is running.

I keep getting kicked to the main menu with a message saying Steam is required to join a game. What do I do?

That message comes from Steam itself losing its connection, not from the cheat. Fully close Counter-Strike 2 and Steam, then restart Steam and log back in before launching the game again, as Steam sometimes bugs out and this clears it. Make sure the loader is started as administrator when you set everything back up.

I can only reach your website through a VPN, my normal connection shows an error. Is a VPN allowed with the cheat?

Yes, VPNs are allowed, both for our website and for using the loader. If your home connection shows an error when opening the site, it is usually your internet provider's own firewall or protection filter blocking us, so disabling that ISP filter should let you connect normally again. Until then you can keep browsing and buying through the VPN without any problem. If neither route works, open a ticket at https://project-infinity.cloud/support-tickets/ and tell us the exact error code you see.

My game crashes on inject or right after launch. What can I do?

Sorry for the trouble. Start with the most common cause: a fresh Counter-Strike update.

When Valve patches CS2, the game changes underneath our software and it crashes on inject until we ship a matching build. This is not your PC and not your licence. Check https://project-infinity.cloud/status/ first. If the status is anything other than operational, wait for the fix. Once it is out, close the loader completely and start it again so it picks up the new build, and restart CS2 as well.

If the status page says everything is operational, work through these:

1) Close the game and start the loader as administrator, that is the most common cause of a failed launch.
2) Make sure no third-party anti-cheat (for example FaceIt) is running in the background.
3) Add our files and the folder they are in to your antivirus exclusions, since antivirus interference can kill the game on inject.

If it still crashes, send us the crash dumps and the loader log from %appdata%\Project Infinity and we will take it from there.

The loader says "Operation failed". What should I do?

We need the loader log to tell what went wrong, the message on its own does not say much.

Press Windows key and R, paste %appdata%\Project Infinity and press Enter. In that folder there is a file called "Project Infinity Loader.log". Attach that file to your ticket.

If you want to look yourself first: open the log and check the last lines. A line containing "finalize_inject rejected: decryption failed or bad record mac" means your connection is being interfered with, see the entry about that error for the fix.

The loader log says "finalize_inject rejected: decryption failed or bad record mac (SSL routines)". How do I fix it?

That error means the encrypted connection between the loader and our server is being tampered with on the way, almost always by the provider or by a filter in front of your connection. It is not a problem with your account or your licence.

Two things fix it in practice: connect through a VPN, or switch off the firewall or filtering service your internet provider has enabled on your line. Some providers call this a security package or web protection.

If neither helps, attach your "Project Infinity Loader.log" from %appdata%\Project Infinity to the ticket so we can see where the connection breaks.

I got VAC banned or VAC flagged while playing legit. Why, and what should I change?

Valve updated VACnet, and the detection got noticeably stricter. Two behaviours are now picked up far more reliably than before, and both happen by accident once you can see where people are:

1. Preaiming: holding your crosshair on someone you have no legitimate way of seeing yet.
2. Tracking: your crosshair following a player through a wall or through smoke.

Neither needs an aimbot. Plain wallhack plus normal reflexes is enough to produce aim movement that does not look human, which is exactly what VACnet looks for. This is why people get flagged on a legit config while a more aggressive setup went unnoticed earlier.

Two things are worth changing:

1. The config: turn down anything that moves your aim for you. Lower the FOV, soften the smoothing, and switch off semi-rage presets. Configs other players run are at https://project-infinity.cloud/config-browser/?tag=legit
2. The habit: when the ESP tells you where someone is, deliberately look somewhere else until you have a legitimate reason to look at them. Do not hold angles you only know about through a wall, and let your crosshair drift off a player you cannot actually see.

The habit is the harder of the two and the one that matters most right now. A ban that has already been issued cannot be undone by us or by Valve.

Your account 1 question

How do I delete my account?

You can request it yourself at https://project-infinity.cloud/account-deletion

How it works: you send the request, we email you straight away so you can stop it with one click if it was not you, and we review it. Once approved you get a second email and still have 24 hours to change your mind. After that the account is deleted.

Please be aware that this is permanent. We keep no backups of deleted accounts, so nobody can restore it afterwards, not you and not us. Your licences (including lifetime ones), loyalty points, store credit, purchase history, tickets and conversations are all gone for good.
