How do I prune and propagate a Polka Dot Hypoestes plant?

For pruning:

Pinch off tops of two leaves or any leggy stem nodes. Either trim the plant of any weak or dying leaves to allow the plant to transfer the nutrients to growing leaves.

For Propagation:

1. Cut out a healthy stem that has 2 or more leaf nodes.
2. Put Polka Dot Hypoestes in a container, which is filled with water. The rooting is fast, particularly during spring or summer.

After the roots are made, transplant to soil where a new Polka Dotted + vibrant plant will grow.
