just a quick question

Hey y'all, I used to use this cheat and really loved it and was looking to get back into the game so I might purchase this again, but its been like 2 years so I forgot if it had a custom skin changer. I know it has an inventory changer but I was wondering if I'm able to add 'custom' skins (EG. M9 bayonet whiteout, or bulldozer). I hope I articulated my question so yall understand what I'm asking.

Well I've been searching the forums in the past 15 min or so, and i've been seeing stuff about getting 'maxxed out'... when what is the 'max'?, and how do you get 'maxxed out'?
