OW and VAC

Hello guys,
Today I got banned by overwatch. Idk why because
I only cheated in casual for the operation missions but hey who cares and no you dont need to spamm CheaTEr!11!!11
After like 8 hours the game ban changed to vac ban. Does it mean the cheat is detected?
Or is it normal that OW changes to Vac-Bans?

If you never played MM or WM you obviously didn't get Overwatch banned.

I Wrote it bad. I play mm often but completly legit. I only used the cheat for the operation mission in casual. I still got ow banned for no reason and it turned into a vac. My question is not how i get banned. (Idk why) Its more like how the game ban turned into an vac.

yeah game bans turn into vac it happened to me many times. when youre obvious and u get overwatched it later turns into vac
