Every time I launch the game with the cheat it states That I have invalid files that don’t match official game files and I must restart

Go to steam - library - csgo properties and verify file integrity.

It only happens when I launch the cheat, I have verified the games files multiple times and the message doesn't come up when I play normally, and when it comes up I can't search for any matches
