Payment method option

I would like to purchase project infinity premium cheat, but I have 3 questions. 1 is about a custom payment method and 2 questions about the skin changer and medal changer features
1. Can I pay with an Amazon giftcard (USA)
2. Does the medal/skins appear to other players
3. Do the skins pop up in your inventory on steam (doubt this but I had to ask)

1 -> idk, open a support ticket i am sure they will help you with that
2 -> medals do appear in the lobby yes but skins are only clientsided
3 -> no they don't, as i said skins are only clientsided but the show up in your cs:go inventory
