Premium Troubles

First i got the free version, to see if it worked, and it did, so i bought the premium. After i inject it, and i start cs go, it freezes. i have tried redownloading it twice. I keep it on a usb drive. any suggestions? I bought 3 months worth of the premium,

Enable multicore rendering in the CSGO Settings.
