As mentioned above by
@PCGamer, you should open a ticket and wait for administration to review your account. Additionally, I would suggest that you scan your computer for potential malware (automatically and manually).
If you need help with checking your machine, let me know. You can initiate a normal scan with Antivirus and Windows Defender. Additionally, check the following:
- %appdata% folder for suspicious files
- check for suspicious programs in startup
- check registries (specifically registries I pasted below)
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
- HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce
- HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce
