project infinity log file?

I noticed yesterday that there is a project infinity log file in my csgo directory. Did the program put it there and can't steam detect it?

yes about a month ago when the mass vac ban happened. I just stopped using it mainly because cheating seems way down
now and can actually find decent matches now without cheaters.

Or rather have your main gotten banned even when you had these files
